Against the background of the differentiation of quality assurance and development, öibf is responsible for external quality assurance for vendor-neutral educational counseling in Austria (“IBOBB”) and the quality assurance procedure for Viennese educational institutions (“wien-cert”). In addition, öibf is involved as NQR service point in the quality development of non-formal qualifications.
